Shipping And Delivery

Thank you for shopping at Petville. Our shipping and delivery terms are mentioned below:

• Shipping is available within India only.
• Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while express shipping takes around 1-3 business days. Please note that delivery times may change depending on the shipping destination.
• Orders are processed within 1-2 working days after the payment has been received.
• Shipping fees are determined based on the weight and destination of the order. Shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process.
• We offer free shipping on orders that exceed a certain amount. Please check our website for current promotions.
• Once the order has been shipped, you receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS with a unique tracking number.
• If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible as well as provide an estimated delivery date.
• Our orders are delivered by our delivery staff or by a third-party logistics company employed by us. Although unlikely, if there are any issues faced due to the delivery boys, we request you to bring it to our attention by sending us an email on info@petville.com
• At the time of delivery, we request the customers to sign the ‘delivery confirmation’ receipt. By signing it, customers confirm that: 1) they have checked the order 2) all the products ordered have been correctly delivered 3) there are no damages or issues with the product received and 4) that products are checked and confirmed by the customer.
• In cases when customers are not available at home to accept the delivery of the products, we request them to inform house staff or some trustworthy person to check the products at the time of delivery as mentioned above and confirm the same by signing the ‘delivery confirmation’ sheet on your behalf.
• Although we strive to deliver the products within the stipulated time frame, there may be certain circumstances which cause unforeseen delays such as natural or manmade disasters, accidents, etc. In such situations, there might be unexpected delays in the deliveries. We request customer understanding and cooperation at such times.
