Returns & Exchanges Policy

In the unlikely event of facing any issues, damages, or defects in our products, you can return the product within 7 days of product delivery. Once the refund successfully is under process, Petville will either replace the product or refund the amount. We do not accept returns of the following types of products:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Any used accessory, treat, grooming product, merchandise, etc. that cannot prove any damage
  • Kindly note that the product needs to be unused with all original tags in place for return eligibility and should be sent back in original packaging with a copy of the original invoice

 

Our Process for Refunding:

For products delivered incorrectly, damaged in transportation, or comes with defects please write to us at info@petville.com to initiate the return process. We shall take responsibility for return shipping charges and send a replacement within 15 working days or pay you back if there are no stocks left.

  • For discounted products, the refund will be through a coupon equivalent to the amount paid for the product.
  • For products bought on MRP, we shall refund the money the way the payment was made such as through Credit Card or Net-Banking. If the payment mode was Cheque or COD we will refund you through a cheque. Please note that the cheques shall be sent to the billing address of the customer.
  • The refund process is initiated after we receive the product(s). Usually, refunds are processed in less than 15 working days but it may take a few extra days in case of payments through Cheque or DD omkar
